Our training approach is based in our shared decades of offering training, supervising, and teaching groups ranging from 5 to over 100 participants. Integrating a trauma informed approach allows us to create environments where participants are invited to be curious, open, and engaged. We utilize didactic and activity based learning, incorporating writing activities, small group discussions, role plays, and much more. We won't just be reading off a slide! Our focus on live trainings invites engagement and allows us to respond to learner needs in the moment, which leads to each of our trainings to be a unique and responsive experience. We are always adapting our trainings and updating them, based on new research, participant feedback, and new insights we gain from the work itself. And all of our trainings include NBCC sponsored CE hours!
