Comprehensive Internal Supervision Program

Our Comprehensive Internal Supervision Package ensures extensive support, high level customization, and the establishment of a robust, ethical, and sustainable internal supervision program.
What's Included?
1. Planning and Collaboration:
We initiate the process with a collaborative planning meeting. We will explore the history and values of your practice and your plans for growth to inform our path forward. We will define the goals and intentions of your unique supervision program. We will delineate responsibilities, identify internal management capabilities, and outline tasks we'll manage on your behalf.
2. Listening Sessions:
We will engage key staff members, including future supervisors and supervisees, in listening sessions. By gathering perspectives on current structures and insights into their expectations for the future program, we will enhance engagement and contribute to success of the program. We will consolidate and share this data with leadership and finalize the program structure collaboratively.
3. Customized Training:
We tailor our training to align with your goals, ensuring your supervisors receive a solid foundation in line with your practice's values. Our 15-hour base training, eligible for CEUs, focuses on self reflection, development of the supervisor identity, supervisory approaches, the supervisory relationship, and mentorship approaches for clinical logistics. Trainees will receive a comprehensive training manual, filled with training material, useful articles, supervisory assessments, and more. Additional training is developed upon request.
4. Program Implementation Support:
We guide the implementation of the new program by assisting in policy and procedure development. This includes constructing or reviewing policies for values alignment, consistency and clarity. We collaboratively create a Supervisor Assessment that aligns with your practice culture, and creates the opportunity for reducing potential bias and standardizes the expectations of future supervisors. We create and/or facilitate a supervision of supervisors mentorship group and a new supervisor shadowing program.
5. Ongoing Support:
Throughout the process we remain available to answer questions, address concerns, and offer adjustments as needed. Upon package completion, you can access our continuous support as needed. We remain available for additional training sessions, providing ongoing assistance and ensuring the sustained success of your internal supervision program.
