MENTORSHIP
For those seeking more hands on guidance, we offer mentorship for practice owners, clinical directors, individual supervisors, and everyone in between. With over two decades of combined experience, we have supported the growth of dozens of supervisors and their supervisees. If you are needing guidance around how to best support your supervisors and/or supervisees, how to evolve your supervisory practices, or how to grow as an individual supervisor, or even if you just need a sounding board for your big ideas, we are here to help. Whether you are brand new or old hat, we are here to offer our support and experience.
GROUP FACILITATION
Small groups can be a productive and cost effective way to offer support to numerous members of a practice. Additionally it allows members to learn from one another, offer internal mentorship, and positively contribute to a practice culture. We offer our own services for group supervision facilitation (both for supervisees and/or supervisors), or we can support the development of these groups within practices.
CONSULTATION
We offer consultation for practices around their existing supervisory structures, from reviewing policies and procedures to developing supervisory assessments. We can help practices identify and strengthen areas of vulnerability within their existing programs.
