Clinical Supervision Consultation Group
Are you new to clinical supervision? Have you been supervising for 15 years? Are you feeling isolated as a supervisor, or wanting to strengthen your skills, or get a new perspective on your approach? No matter your level of experience, this group is for you!
The supervisory relationship is a powerful force that is uniquely fulfilling and challenging. Navigating the particular demands of this relationship, such as translating clinical skills into supervisory skills, successfully giving and receiving feedback, managing burn out, balancing multiple roles, supporting clinical growth, requires ongoing training and support. Unfortunately, supervisors aren't always given the care and guidance they might need. This group fills that gap, by offering a space where supervisors can ask questions, reflect on their experiences, gain new insights, celebrate their wins, and explore challenges they are facing. Through a mix of peer consultation, facilitator mentorship, and the delivery of supervisory “tips and tricks”, participants will leave this group feeling more confident in their ability to offer growth-enhancing supervision.
Consult groups are held via Zoom. We offer different groups in rotating cycles. Currently we offer:
Wednesdays from 1 pm to 2 pm CST
Thursday mornings from 9 am to 10 am CST
The cost below includes all the meetings in the cycle. Group size ranges from 5 to 8 participants. We have members all over the country, and we welcome anyone who has a mental health license (social work, counselor, marriage and family therapy, art therapy, dance movement therapy, psychology, etc) and is eligible to or is currently supervising. The groups are facilitated by Intentional Supervision Design’s co-founders, Kelly George and Ashly Lawrence.
The group is held in cycles, and we invite interested individuals to reach out before the start dates listed below as once a cycle begins the group is closed. Here are our upcoming groups:
Summer 2026 cycles will be announced soon!
