This training is for those ready for a deeper dive into all things supervision! We spent over two years creating and refining a truly comprehensive supervision training that is engaging, interactive, and thought provoking and unlike anything else out there. We will cover everything a new or established supervisor needs to engage in meaningful and effective supervision, helping you cement a solid supervisory identity and approach, and giving you the skills and tools you need to support supervisees from the first meeting all the way to termination. A great way for new supervisors to establish a solid foundation, or for established supervisors to brush up and fill in previous training gaps so they can feel revitalized in their approach.

Understanding The Supervisory Arc: A Three Stage Relational Model

This training is a strong foundation building experience for both new and experienced supervisors. This webinar focuses on understanding the arc of the supervisory relationship, which provides insight and strategies to help supervisors build meaningful connections with supervisees. Topics will include; tailoring supervision and relationship building, managing power differentials, creation of a supervisory agreement, giving and receiving feedback, consolidation and termination and more. Leveraging an academic understanding of clinical supervision with practical and applied skills, this workshop will help boost your confidence in both your supervisory approach and supervisory identity.
This webinar counts towards the mandatory supervision CEs required for LCPC licensure renewal!

Continuing Education
Intentional Supervision Designs is also an Approved Continuing Education Provider via the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) through New Constellations Therapy (ACEP #7575). We are able to offer continuing education hours for both our public trainings and those for practices. These continuing education hours, depending on state regulations, are available for counselors (LPC, LCPC), social workers (LSW, LCSW), and marriage and family therapists (MFT, LMFT).
